passports and you must be older than 18
years ol
From the Greek Orthodox church a
certificate that is called AGAMIAS that give consent and the
freedom to marry. This document is given in Greek and must
be signed and stamped from the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of
your area and so there is no need for translation.
Orthodox Baptism certificate and must be
signed and stamped from the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of
your area, in case it is not in Greek it has to be
translated to Greek by the Greek Orthodox
Archdiocese.
Non Impediment OR Affidavit OR Single
Status Letter by your city registrant and it has to be
translated ONLY by a Greek Embassy or
Consultant.
Divorce Certificate or
Death Certificate. (If the bride and/or groom
have been divorced, a divorce decree is needed. The bride
may not marry if she has been divorced for less than 10
months.)
